That leaves me in a mix of emotions. Not quite ready to tackle the outside along with the inside but most certainly ready for the kiddos to get out everyday in the sunshine! Spring fever has not really taken hold yet, it is still so icky looking outside, no growth yet to tease and inspire for gardening. But the sun sure does seem to be shining a little brighter encouraging us to get outdoors and breathe in some fresh air.
The girls were given roller blades and roller skates for Christmas from their Grams and Gramps up in MN, but they have had to wait patiently for the snow to melt. Monday I took them to get their safety gear so we would hopefully not end up in the beloved ER! And we raced home to try and steal just enough sunlight to try out their new gifts. I think they are a real hit! It will be a fun summer for the girls!
And here we go...........................
